When contacting Internel you may:

1) request access to the contents of your personal data (§ 15 GDPR) and request for or transfer of a copy of such data processed by Internel;

2) request the rectification of personal data (§ 16 GDPR) by indicating the incorrect personal data in question;

3) request deletion of your personal data (§ 17 GDPR);

4) request the restriction of processing of your personal data (§ 18 GDPR) by indicating which data shall be excluded from processing;

5) appeal against processing of personal data (§ 6 GDPR section 1f), due to reasons related with a data subject’s specific situation;

6) complain to a supervisory authority, in a member state of habitual residence, workplace or place of alleged infringement, in the event where it is determined that processing of your personal data infringes provisions § 77 section 1 GDPR.

WHY AND HOW DO WE COLLECT AND PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

 

At Internel, we have various reasons for collecting personal data.

 

The most common reasons are that you are a customer, supplier, participant at a conference or other event, job applicant, or that you have contacted us or collaborated with Internel for some other reason.

 

Internel processes personal data to fulfil our assignment as e-commerce fulfilment company. We also process this data to review and develop our operations, and to comply with national and EU laws.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT?

 

We will only use your personal data for the purposes you have permitted, and we will not share it for marketing purposes outside of our company (including our headquarters or affiliate offices) unless you have given us permission to do so.

All cookies expire automatically when the visitor close web browser (session cookies).

Newsletters are dispatched upon request of the data subject and only with the data required to send such newsletter, thus full name, company name and e-mail address. Such data is stored until revoked by the data subject thus the newsletter recipient.

Personal data entrusted to Internel in relation to provided e-fulfilment services, particularly shipping products to individual consumers on behalf of our customer e-shops (e-tailers)

HOW IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA PROTECTED?

 

To prevent unauthorised access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct usage of information, we monitor and adjust our physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure your personal data whilst in our care, or in the care of any suppliers with whom we may contract to process your data on our behalf. 

 

Any third-party suppliers are under strict contractual terms to mirror the security policies that we currently have in place.

 

Internel has an information security management system that continuously reviews all administrative systems and processes in which risk and vulnerability analyses are carried out to prevent unauthorised access or distribution of personal data.

 

WHO CAN ACCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND HOW LONG IS IT STORED?

 

Whenever we collect or process your personal data, we will only keep it for a limited period or for as long as we have a legitimate reason to do so. We continually review the data records we have and will occasionally ask if you wish to keep hearing from us. If we do not receive a reply or opt in, we will remove your data.

 

Should you wish us to remove your data, please contact at any time dpo@internel.eu and we will remove it.

 

Your personal data may be disclosed to Internel’s partners, to service suppliers, or to other parties that need access to this data due to an agreement between yourself and an online shop, through which you may order products. Data may also be disclosed to external parties as part of the operations or an official authority, or because of a legal obligation that Internel has.

 

Internel will only transfer personal data to other parties if there is a legal basis for it. The following information are transferred on a need-basis, the data storage times are outlined hereunder:

CV and candidate personal data are processed internally and by authorised persons only. Data are not transferred externally and are erased within 1 calendar week as of termination of the recruitment (in case of denial of the candidate) or transferred to the HR department to be treated like employee personal data (in case of an employment)

Data of suppliers, customers, visitors to our premises and course participants

If you are a supplier or customer or employee thereof, we store your personal data for as long as our co-operation lasts. In practice this means, until the last service invoice was issued and paid, thus until the co-operation has ended. The storage period thereafter is defined by national laws.

Data of visitors to our premises and course participants will be stored for a period of maximum 6 months and thereafter erased.

None of the above personal data are transferred to a 3rd party, i.e. supplier, customer, etc. A transfer to governmental bodies is not foreseen, unless required by law.

When you visit our website, you will be asked to view and accept the cookies or to opt-out. Cookies of Internel do not contain any personal data and are not used to collect personal information but to analyse the interests and preferences of a visitor. Please refer to our Cookies Policy.

Personal data entrusted to Internel in relation to provided e-fulfilment services, particularly shipping products to individual consumers on behalf of our customer e-shops (e-tailers)

Such data are transferred to carriers such as DPD, DHL, UPS, etc. with whom we have a valid service agreement, for the delivery of consumer parcels to their designated delivery addresses and the collection of funds, if COD payment terms were chosen. The above 3rd parties are contractually obliged to protect the confidentiality and security of such personal data, in compliance with applicable law.

Apart from the afore-mentioned entities, personal data can be disclosed exclusively to entities entitled to process data based on law provisions.

 

In the case of personal data collection to fulfil law obligations, the data shall be kept for the period of fulfilling obligations and tasks resulting from individual law provisions. 

 

TRANSFER OF DATA TO A NON-EU/EEA COUNTRY

 

Internel will not transfer personal data to a third country outside the EU/EEA, unless required for sending a specific e-commerce parcel in such destinations. Personal data may also be transferred to third countries in connection with procured IT services, but Internel will only do so if the security of the data can be guaranteed.

If you follow a link from our website to another website, this Privacy Policy will no longer apply. We are not responsible for the personal information handling practices of any third-party sites. We do encourage you to read the Privacy Policy of all websites that you visit.
